A family entreprise since 1977

The Roquegeoffre canoe base is located close to Sarlat, Beynac, Saint-Cyprien, and Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, and has been offering canoe trips since 1977.
Admire the wonderful villages of Carsac, Cenac-et-Saint-Julien, La Roque-Gageac, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, Beynac, and Saint-Vincent-de-Cosse, as well as the Chateaux of Milandes and Monrecour from the Dordogne River.

Canoe and kayak trips for the whole family

Adults and children from 6 years old are invited to navigate downstream on one of our 3 itineraries ranging from 1/2 day to a day : 28 km, 14 km or 7 km with transfer included by bus for each departure from the canoe base.

Descente from Vézac

A short itinerary, ideal for the family

Enjoy a special moment with friends or family. For a short, pleasant trip down the Dordogne River, there’s nothing better than this itinerary from Vézac. An ideal course for families with children. Departures at 10 am, 4 pm, 5 pm.

14 Km

Descente from La Roque-Gageac

An itinerary for more experienced paddlers lasting 4h30. Departures possible at 9 am, 10 am, 11h30 am, 1 pm, 2 pm or 3 pm..

28 Km

Descente from Carsac

Lasting around 6h30 hours, this itinerary is reserved for expert paddlers. Departure at 10 am.

At the base, you will find free parking and a well-maintained beach along the Dordogne River with a good bathing spot (unsupervised). A snack bar and accrobranche (tree climbing) facility are also at your disposition.
